Our conference is where pharmacy leaders and innovators from all across North Carolina and surrounding states meet to share, inspire and network. We’re proud to host some of the most well-known and influential voices in the field.
The NCAP Convention has never had greater importance than this year in helping bring pharmacists from all different practice areas together and rejuvenating our well-being.
The safety of our attendees is of the utmost importance. We are implementing strategies and encouraging behaviors that will reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19.
Registration is open so don't miss out! Choose from more than 35 ACPE accredited hours for pharmacists and more than 30 ACPE accredited hours for technicians. You deserve to be a part of this momentous event.

Stay and Play
The Twin City Quarter is unique among destinations as it encompasses the Benton Convention Center and Winston-Salem Marriott. Each connects with the other via an underground or enclosed outdoor walkway and/or adjoining parking decks. The entire complex is overseen by a single point of contact.
A convenient downtown location, it provides guests the opportunity to be close to virtually everything – local businesses, the Downtown Arts District, Fourth Street’s Restaurant Row, craft breweries, attractions, museums, shopping, colleges, universities, golf courses and wineries. Come. See for yourself.
During the pandemic, many businesses have struggled to remain open. As COVID restrictions are lifted, a good number of establishments find it challenging to maintain ample staffing to continue their normal business hours. Hours of operation can change from day to day due to staffing issues. Keeping the public informed and updating business websites of these changes can be difficult. When you are planning to visit an establishment, please call ahead to check business hours, if the establishment has relocated, or possibly closed.
Health Advisory Statement
When attending an in-person event, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending Convention, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree to not hold the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists and its related event organizers liable for any illness or injury.
COVID-19 Safety Precautions
NCAP will continue to monitor state and local COVID-19 trends, and we will implement event-related COVID-19 protocols that meet or exceed those mandated by state or local government. By registering for this event you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect, at the time of the event. The following safety measures are currently in place for the 2022 convention.
Based on current COVID-19 metrics, mask-wearing is encouraged, but not required at Convention. We reserve the right to reinstate the mask mandate if COVID-19 numbers rise by the start of the convention and metrics indicate it is in the best interest of safety to do so.
Hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes will be available and placed in multiple areas throughout our convention space.
The NC Association of Pharmacists Board of Directors has determined you must have completed your primary COVID vaccination series to attend the 2022 NCAP Annual Convention. When registering, have your proof of COVID vaccination card available as you will be asked to upload a picture or scan of your card to complete your registration.
We hope you're able to join our 2022 NCAP Annual Convention. If you have questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.
