Product Theater
Get the best value to gain visibility and recognition in the pharmacy industry with the Platinum Sponsorship. This will include 45 minutes of exclusive access to attendees for your own Lunch and Learn Product Theater Friday, June 10th. The floor will be all yours to give an informative session about your product. This includes food and beverage.
*All sponsorships will have two booths. A VIP Booth in the high traffic area of the Salem Foyer for maximum exposure and can be occupied all day if you choose. The second table will be inside the Piedmont Hall Exhibit Area where lunch will be served for all attendees from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Thursday, June 9th.
* We welcome badge holders, meeting bags, memo jotters, pens, or other materials that would be useful for our attendees. Please make arrangements to have your donations delivered to our office more than a week before our event so that our staff can include your contributions in the registration packets and/or bags.

You need to be seen. The VIP Exhibitors will have a booth set up in the Salem Foyer of the meeting and registration area for the entire day. This area will be where attendees will walk through to go check-in at our registration desk, go to their meetings and network during breaks. This exhibitor registration includes an additional table downstairs in Piedmont Hall during lunch to have plenty of room to set up your displays. The programming will stop for 2 hours so all the attention will be on you!

You need to be where everyone will come to you. All attendees will be directed to Piedmont Hall for lunch. These 2 hours of non-programming will be the perfect time to promote your products, meet customers, and generate new leads. This room has plenty of space for your displays and enough room for representatives to spread out when networking with attendees.
