Product Theater

Get the best value to gain visibility and recognition in the pharmacy industry with the Platinum Sponsorship. This will include 45 minutes of exclusive access with attendees for your own Lunch and Learn Product Theater Monday, June 5th. The floor will be all yours to give an informative session about your products and/or services. This will include food and beverage.

All sponsorships will have a VIP booth for two full days during programming. This booth will be set up in the high traffic pre-function area for maximum exposure and can be occupied all day during programming.

We welcome badge holders, meeting bags, memo jotters, pens, or other materials that would be useful for our attendees. Please make arrangements to have your donations delivered to our office more than a week before our event so that our staff can include your contributions in the registration packets and/or bags.

You need to be seen and spend more time with our attendees. The VIP Exhibitors will have a booth set up for two days in the pre-function area for the entire day during programming to interact with attendees. This area will be where pharmacy leaders and attendees from all differenct practice areas in the pharmacy industry will come to check-in at our registration desk, go to their meetings and network during breaks.

You need to be where everyone will come to you. Attendees will join us in the exhibit hall where we will have food, drinks, and prizes to giveaway for attendees that take the time to meet you. Lunch will be served in the exhibit hall 11:30 am - 1:30 pm and our social reception will be from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm. This will be the perfect time to promote your products, meet customers, and generate new leads.

Everyone will be invited to our Social Reception to celebrate our event and those that support our events. This will be a great time to mingle with attendees in a more relaxed atmosphere.
